Among the various activities that gangs can freely schedule, the "Winding Stream Party" (曲水流觴 - Qushui Liushang) is one of them. The event venue has a unique feature: a character named "Jiang Dahai" (江大海) resides in the trees. Players (俠士 - xiáshì, often referring to chivalrous individuals or players in a game) can use copper coins to purchase precious West Lake Dragon Well tea from him. It is said that after enjoying the tea, they can also receive additional mysterious rewards, adding a touch of surprise to this elegant gathering.

This event has a total of five challenges, with questions covering game knowledge and historical culture. For players who are keen on in-depth learning, organizing past exam questions (考古題 - kǎogǔtí) might be helpful.

For example, one of the questions mentioned that during the Qixi Festival in the Northern Song Dynasty, many vendors on the bustling Rainbow Bridge in Bianjing (present-day Kaifeng) would sell a toy called "Mohelo" (磨喝樂), showcasing the folk customs of that time.

Furthermore, the questions also test understanding of historical figures and artworks. One question asked which of the eight great prose masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties a Song Dynasty scholar who wished to meet them all would be least likely to encounter. The answer is Han Yu (韓愈), as he was a Tang Dynasty person and lived before the Song Dynasty. Another question tested knowledge of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty's artistic achievements, asking which work was not by him. The author of "A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains" (千里江山圖) is Wang Ximeng (王希孟), a painter from the late Northern Song Dynasty who served in the Painting Academy of the Hanlin Academy during Emperor Huizong's reign.

Culinary culture is also one of the aspects tested. A question asked which of the four books – "Suiyuan Shidan" (隨園食單), "Shanjia Qinggong" (山家清供), "Menglianglu" (夢梁錄), and "Dongjing Menghualu" (東京夢華錄) – has the weakest connection to "A Bite of Song Dynasty" (舌尖上的大宋). "Suiyuan Shidan" is a cookbook written by Yuan Mei in the Qing Dynasty. Although it records many traditional Chinese dishes, its historical context is the Qing Dynasty, making its connection to the Song Dynasty relatively weak.

Another question quoted Su Shi's (蘇軾) poem describing the Huishan Spring: "Alone I carry a small round moon from the sky, to try the second spring in the human world" (獨攜天上小團月,來試人間第二泉), and asked what a person from Huishan intending to emulate this scene should NOT include in their plan. In the poem, "a small round moon from the sky" metaphorically refers to Yangxian tea cakes, while "the second spring in the human world" refers to the Huishan Spring, embodying the poet's refined pleasure in tea tasting and his admiration for the spring water.

The scoring method for this event is also quite unique. Even if only two questions are answered correctly, the system will still calculate the final score based on the time taken to answer. Moreover, players who purchase West Lake Dragon Well tea can also participate in a gift package raffle after the event, bringing more anticipation to the participants.
