打算開始嘗試都使用水煮或蒸煮的方式烹飪
I'm going to start trying to cook everything by boiling or steaming.

不過偶爾懶得下廚,75元和109的高CP全聯雞腿便當也不錯
But sometimes I'm too lazy to cook, so I'll just grab a $75 or $109 chicken leg bento from PX Mart. They're actually pretty good value for money.

清蒸鱸魚Steamed sea bass 

將鱸魚洗乾淨後用廚房紙巾擦乾放入盤中
After washing the sea bass, pat it dry with paper towels and place it on a plate.

淋上米酒和塗抹鹽在鱸魚表面
Coat the sea bass in mirin and salt.

切一些薑放入鱸魚的肚子裡面
Cut some ginger and put it inside the sea bass.

醬油一大匙的份量,倒入盤中
Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce into the plate.

將青蔥切成段,撒上調味完成的鱸魚
Cut the green onion into segments and sprinkle it on the seasoned sea bass.

放入兩杯水在電鍋內,將鱸魚放入電鍋內蒸
Put two cups of water and the sea bass into the rice cooker and steam it.

電鍋跳起後,再淋上一點香油,清蒸鱸魚就完成了
After the rice cooker pops up, drizzle some black sesame oil over the steamed sea bass, and it's done.

水煮甜椒Boiled bell peppers

煮一鍋水,加入一匙鹽
Boil a pot of water and add a teaspoon of salt. 

水滾後把甜椒和青蔥一起放入鍋中
Add the bell peppers and green onions once the water comes to a boil.

拿一個碗放入白醋一大匙
Put a tablespoon of white vinegar into a bowl.

放入兩湯匙的醬油
Add two tablespoons of soy sauce.

放入一湯匙的砂糖
Add one tablespoon of sugar.

放入一半鹽匙的鹽
Put in half a teaspoon of salt. 

放入一湯匙的純麻油
Add one tablespoon of pure sesame oil.

最後將調味醬料攪拌均勻
Finally, mix the seasoning sauce thoroughly.

滾水將甜椒煮熟後撈起
The bell peppers were boiled in boiling water until cooked

倒入醬料調味就完成了
Pour the seasoning sauce over the bell peppers, and it's done.
