來到高雄醫學醫院B1美食餐廳,有飲料、點心和各式不同的餐點,方便非住院者和陪同者用餐或購買餐點,每間店面都圍繞在美食餐廳的四周,大致上繞一圈就可以考慮自己想嘗試的餐點。餐廳的內裝很統一都是木製櫃台,廚房在後方,空間蠻明亮的,現場用餐也有許多空位可以坐,大約五點前往的時候還有蠻多空位的。
During my recent visit to Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital, I decided to explore the B1 food court. With a variety of food stalls offering everything from beverages to snacks and various main courses, it's the perfect place for non-patients and visitors to grab a bite. The food court has a clean and bright atmosphere, with wooden counters and plenty of seating.

The "Tender Bone Rice with Collagen" sounds incredibly appetizing, while the "Three-Cup Mushroom Rice" is a perfect option for vegetarians. If you prefer something more savory, the "Traditional Braised Pork Rice" is a must-try. And for those seeking a healthier option, the "Luohan Zhai Rice" is an excellent choice. 我點了招牌的燒肉飯和滷雞腿。餐盒一打開,滿滿的配菜擺盤起來的顏色相當豐富!白飯墊鋪在下方,上方擺放四樣時蔬,每一口都吃得到蔬菜的鮮甜,畢竟有時候吃外食,蔬菜量往往都是比較不足的。主食放在餐盒的中間,燒肉的口感軟嫩,醬汁入味,而雞腿軟嫩,讓飢餓的胃終於得到了美食的撫慰。
I ordered the signature grilled pork rice and braised chicken leg. As soon as I opened the lunch box, I was greeted by a colorful array of side dishes! The white rice formed the base, topped with four different kinds of vegetables, each bite bursting with freshness. Sometimes when eating out, it's hard to get enough vegetables, so this was a nice surprise. The main dishes were placed in the center of the box. The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, while the chicken leg was juicy and satisfying. It was just what I needed to satisfy my hungry stomach.
