最近因為想調整飲食、多攝取蔬菜，我發現中都排骨飯真的是救星！店家非常貼心，提供「三樣配菜」或「四樣配菜」的菜飯組合，甚至可以將白飯換成配菜，對於想減少澱粉攝取的人來說超級友善。
像我這次購買的四樣菜便當（包含花椰菜、魯冬瓜、高麗菜與經典豆棗），這樣一份營養均衡的菜飯僅需 50 元（2026年價格）。配菜調味爽口，不死鹹也不會充滿過多的醬汁，豆棗甜甜的滋味更是畫龍點睛，非常開胃。
