梁社漢的炸排骨可謂匠心獨運,不似尋常炸排骨那般乾柴,而是先經滷汁的洗禮,再入油鍋淬煉,外皮酥脆,內裡卻依然保有肉汁的豐盈,口感軟嫩而不失嚼勁,每一口都散發著滷汁的鹹香與油炸的焦香,層次豐富,令人回味無窮。
The fried pork ribs at Liang She Han are truly unique. Unlike ordinary fried pork ribs that tend to be dry, these are first marinated in a savory braising liquid, then deep-fried to perfection.
