「高雄-楠梓」快炒鱔魚花枝意麵惠民店 Huimin Restaurant, Stir-fried Eel and Squid with Noodles

出國後返台第一天,因為前一晚的班機延誤,又遇上檢疫卡關,回到家都已經凌晨一點,所以隔天也睡到很晚,且冰箱還沒有菜仍需添購,且外頭飄著綿綿細雨,菜市場應該也休息了,只好到全聯補這個禮拜的蔬菜和肉類,剛好看到全聯販賣的CP值超高的便當,不到100元,而且菜色還不錯,只不過晚去了常常就販售完畢,剛好遇到就用這個解決了回國第一天的中餐! 
My flight back home was delayed, and the quarantine process took longer than expected. I arrived home well past midnight and slept in the next day. Since it was raining and the local market was likely closed, I went to PX Mart to do my grocery shopping. I was fortunate enough to find one of their popular bento boxes, which are under $100. These bento boxes always sell out quickly, so I considered myself lucky to have found one. It was a convenient way to have lunch on my first day back. 這幾天吃膩了在越南的餐點,回來後想念的居然是鱔魚意麵,所以晚餐時分找尋到了惠民路的鱔魚意麵專賣店,先打電話訂購後,店家表示10分鐘可以取餐,就立馬出門準備拿我們心心念念的鱔魚意麵了,鱔魚意麵有分羹類及乾炒類,並可以選擇大小碗,另外也可加麵。就這樣這天的中餐和晚餐都簡單的吃了外食,開火下廚的事情就交給明天吧! After consuming Vietnamese cuisine for several days, I found myself yearning for a taste of home. Upon returning, I sought out a specialty eel noodle restaurant located on Huimin Road. I placed a phone order and was informed that my meal would be ready in ten minutes. The restaurant offered both soup-based and stir-fried eel noodle options, with the ability to customize the portion size and add extra noodles. As a result, I opted for takeout for both lunch and dinner, postponing any cooking until the following day. 我們點了乾炒大碗且加麵的鱔魚意麵,大約新台幣130元(2024/11/18),鱔魚還蠻多且大塊,搭配上洋蔥和高麗菜,以及酸甜的意麵,很快的取餐返家後,就解決了我們的餐點,感覺下次應該會再嘗試其他的餐點,大多都是海鮮類的選擇,也有不同麵的種類可以搭配! 
We ordered a large portion of dry-fried eel noodles with an additional serving of noodles, which came to approximately NT$130. The dish was generously portioned with ample large pieces of eel, accompanied by onions and cabbage. The noodles, with their sweet and sour flavor, were exceptionally satisfying. Upon picking up our order, we promptly enjoyed our meal at home. For our next visit, I am eager to explore their diverse menu, which includes various seafood options and noodle varieties.
