This course is aimed at enabling music students to learn important skills for entering the workplace, such as the functions and work content of administrative personnel, attention to production strategy, operation and management of music arts troupes, marketing, financial management, and most importantly, copyright knowledge and management.

美國社會學家顧力克（Luther Halsey Gulick）與英國管理學家尤偉克（Lyndall Fownes Urwick）在1937年，合編了一本名為《管理科學論文集》（Papers on the Science of Administration）中曾以POSDCoRB七個縮寫字說明行政的內涵，用來描述行政管理的七項職能。
In 1937, American sociologist Luther Halsey Gulick and British management scholar Lyndall Fownes Urwick co-edited a book titled "Papers on the Science of Administration". In this book, they introduced the acronym POSDCoRB to describe the seven functions of administrative management.
