步驟
準備兩個碗,將蛋白和蛋黃分開,蛋黃放置於隔夜飯上面

將蛋黃和白飯攪拌均勻

將蝦子洗淨、剝殼和去除腸泥

將處理好的蝦子放入蛋白中攪拌均勻

將蔥洗淨切段

開火加入橄欖油

先放入蔥段炒香
