This unassuming breakfast spot on Gangyan Road, right by Gangshan Train Station, is a hidden gem, and their danbing (egg pancake) is an absolute must-try. Each danbing is made to order and freshly pan-fried. What makes it special? The shop's homemade batter and sauce truly set it apart. The danbing itself is chewy and fragrant, and when paired with their unique sauce, you'll find yourself wanting more with every bite.
點餐時，一份蛋餅會用塑膠袋裝，而兩份或更多則會用紙盒包裝。他們微辣酸甜的醬料通常會直接加進蛋餅裡，但如果你喜歡，絕對可以要求另外包裝。
When you order, a single danbing comes in a plastic bag, while two or more are packed in a paper box. Their mildly spicy, sweet, and sour sauce is usually added directly to the danbing, but you can definitely ask for it to be packaged separately if you prefer.
你可以選擇外帶或內用，不過座位有限，所以大部分顧客都會選擇外帶。即使你早上九點才去，還是能買到無糖豆漿。除了他們招牌的蛋餅，店裡也提供多種其他早餐選項。
You can take your order to-go or dine in, though seating is limited, so most customers opt for takeout. And even if you head over at 9 AM, you'll still be able to grab some unsweetened soy milk. Beyond their famous danbing, they also offer a variety of other breakfast items.
