自從發現仁武區中正路郵局前的好吃恐龍雞蛋糕後，就偶爾會懷念恐龍雞蛋糕的美味，但這間雞蛋糕的老闆似乎營業時間沒有很固定，今天返家時突然嘴饞想吃，只好碰碰運氣找找其他間類似的雞蛋糕。當初找到這間喬治「恐龍雞蛋糕」還蠻意外的，週一、三、五固定會在康兒診所旁，禮拜二在底家騎樓，禮拜四在加昌國小對面，但實際營業狀況還是要FOLLOW粉絲團，事先訂購和確認還是需要撥打老闆娘的連絡電話了。

喬治雞蛋糕的販售方式，不分大中小包，而是以口味分類。
原味的恐龍雞蛋糕有恐龍三隻以及三隻很可愛的恐龍蛋。
包餡的話是喬治小胖龍4顆，可個選兩種餡料，餡料有分為原味、黑可可、黑糖麻糬、OREO、鹹香肉鬆、德式脆腸、牛奶卡士達、黑眼豆豆、彩虹起司和特製辣起司，和2023年拜訪的時候相比多了一些口味。
The original flavor dinosaur chicken cake has three dinosaurs and three cute dinosaur eggs. The filled version has 4 George chubby dragons, and you can choose two flavors. The flavors are: original, dark cocoa, black sugar mochi, OREO, savory meat floss, German sausage, milk custard, black-eyed peas, rainbow cheese and special spicy cheese. There are more flavors than when I visited in 2023.
小朋友通常都喜歡原味的雞蛋糕，造型也比較豐富，但大人就可以嘗試看看不同口味的雞蛋糕試試。
龍蛋的話很可愛，是已經孵化露出半顆頭的恐龍蛋，比起仁武恐龍雞蛋糕的恐龍蛋體型大了很多，小孩也很喜歡。
裝盛蛋糕的紙袋是店家訂製可提式的紙袋，上面還很可愛的喬治恐龍圖案。
The cake is packed in a custom-made paper bag with a handle, which also features a cute George dinosaur pattern.
恐龍雞蛋糕的體型比較大隻一些些，有暴龍、三角龍和劍龍，雞蛋糕很飽滿，放冷一些些吃也還是很酥脆，不會軟軟的。
The dinosaur chicken cakes are slightly larger than usual, and there are three types: Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops, and Stegosaurus. The cakes are very fluffy, and even if you eat them after they have cooled down a bit, they will still be crispy and not soft.

除了販售現烤雞蛋糕，店家也提供慶生餐盒的服務，送給幼兒園同學當慶生禮物也不錯，剛好小孩生日，我也向店家訂購30盒的數量，麻煩她幫我送到幼兒園，接觸的過程感覺老闆娘也很親切。
In addition to selling freshly baked chicken cakes, the store also provides birthday meal box services. It is also a good idea to give them to kindergarten classmates as birthday gifts. It happened to be my child's birthday, so I also ordered 30 boxes from the store and asked her to help me deliver them to the kindergarten. The process of contacting the store felt very friendly.
