介紹兔子麵包Introducing "Rabbit Bread" 

我一直都有注意「糖果森林」的親子甜點製作的動態，剛好看到這個看起來可愛又美味的麵包，剛好開課時間又在週末，所以就想讓小孩參加來製作，這是屬於白麵包的一種造型麵包。

 I have been paying attention to the updates of the "Candy Forest" parent-child dessert-making classes, and I just came across this adorable and delicious-looking bread. The class is scheduled on the weekend, which makes it perfect for my child to participate and create. This is a type of bread with a cute shape, and it falls under the category of white bread.

白麵包解說(Explanation of White Bread)：

由麵粉、酵母、水和鹽製成，是最簡單的麵包，呈白色外觀

Made from flour, yeast, water, and salt, it is the simplest type of bread with a white appearance.

課程簡介Course Introduction

這次的兔子麵包課程，是屬於楠梓區「糖果森林」的暑假兒童烘焙課，課程時間主要集中在7/22~7/23，一組的費用為600元整，國小二年級以上就可以讓小孩自己操作，若較小的小孩則需要家長陪同，課程很快就人數就報名額滿了。

This "Rabbit Bread" course is part of the "Candy Forest" summer baking classes for children in Nanzih District. The course will mainly take place from July 22 to July 23, with a group fee of 600 NTD per person. Children from the second grade of elementary school and above can participate and operate independently, while younger children may require parental accompaniment. The course quickly reached its maximum capacity as the registration filled up rapidly. 

剛好小孩也常常提到想要去參加甜點手作課程，所以就決定報名來讓小孩子體驗一下甜點製作的課程。

Since my child often mentions wanting to participate in dessert-making classes, I decided to register and let them experience the joy of dessert creation.

學習內容/Learning Content

首先每個學員都會發一份麵團和熱狗，將麵團揉成兔子的形狀後插上熱狗，就是每個學員的功課。

First, each student will be given a portion of dough and a hot dog. They will shape the dough into a rabbit's form and insert the hot dog, which will be their assignment. 

課程還有美味的小點心可以享用，很貼心的手作教室。
In the course, there are also delicious snacks to enjoy, making it a thoughtful and well-prepared hands-on classroom. 

 

接著送進烤箱進行烘烤，白麵團上色後，就是美味的兔子麵包了，再放上胡蘿蔔的綠葉裝飾，可愛的兔子的麵包就完成了。 

Then, they will be placed in the oven for baking. After the white dough gets its color, it becomes the delicious rabbit bread. Finally, the bread will be decorated with green carrot leaves, completing the adorable rabbit-shaped bread.
