三民區原本的鳳梨酥觀光工廠最近轉型成巴特里觀光工廠，還有甜點DIY的活動，試營運期間我們就來參與了。
"The original pineapple pastry tourism factory in Sanmin District has recently transformed into the Butterri Tourism Factory, which offers dessert DIY activities. During the trial operation period, we participated in the activities.
巴特里的招牌奶油餐包，當然要合照一下

因為目前參觀採預約制，早到了，所以只好在販賣部逛逛消磨時間，有一些遊戲機台可以遊玩，這是很可愛的打鼓遊戲。
"Since the visit is currently by appointment only and we arrived early, we had to spend some time browsing in the shop. There were some arcade games to play, including this adorable drumming game."

The shop had many large butterfly decorations hanging from the ceiling.
除了觀光工廠的參觀，這邊也有一些內用座位可以好好品嚐一下蛋糕、麵包和一些飲品，可以和親朋好友一起聊聊天聚會的好地方。

接著終於到我們最期待的ＤＩＹ活動，我們參與的是肉鬆餐包製作，本來以為是從頭到尾的製作過程，其實是餐包的加餡與外觀製作。
Next, we finally arrived at the DIY activity that we were most looking forward to. We participated in making pork floss dinner rolls, and we thought it would be a complete process from scratch. However, it turned out to be filling and shaping the dinner rolls.
我們的作品，雖然外觀可能沒有很好看，不過製作的過程相當有趣。
Our finished products may not look very pretty, but the process of making them was quite fun.
Is there anything like Takoyaki (octopus balls)?
杯子蛋糕活動雖然價格較高，但是過程中很好玩，成品也很漂亮。
不過參與巴特里的杯子蛋糕活動，其實原本的杯子蛋糕也是店家原先就做好完成的，我們主要也是添加一些裝飾而已，所以既然已經入手了杯子蛋糕烤盤和鬆餅機，還是想來自己嘗試看看杯子蛋糕的本體。
However, the original cupcakes from the Buttery event were actually pre-made by the store, and we mainly just added some decorations. So, since we've already purchased a cupcake pan and waffle maker, we still want to try making cupcakes from scratch.
用鬆餅機做出16個杯子蛋糕食譜
Waffle Iron 16 Cupcakes Recipe
無鹽奶油 50g
Unsalted butter, 50 grams
低筋麵粉 60g
Cake flour, 60 grams
泡打粉 2.5g
Baking powder, 2.5g
砂糖 40g
Sugar, 40 grams
雞蛋 1個
One egg
橘子汁 20g
Orange juice 20g
1.奶油隔水加熱溶化(Melt the butter in a double boiler.)
2.低筋麵粉和泡打粉均勻混合(Sift together the cake flour and baking powder.)
3.奶油和砂糖用打蛋器均勻混合(Cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.)
4.加入蛋液均勻混合(Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.)
5.加入過篩的混合麵粉攪拌均勻(Stir in the sifted dry ingredients until just combined.)
6.加入橘子汁添加風味(Add orange juice for flavor)
7.鬆餅機預熱，麵粉倒入烤盤烘烤3~4分鐘(Preheat the waffle maker. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes.)
和生日蛋糕擺在一起，一整個非常地吸睛
做完ＤＩＹ導覽人員帶我們到5樓，看到這個鋼鐵人，眼睛著實一亮啊。
After finishing the DIY activity, the tour guide took us to the 5th floor, where we saw this Iron Man statue, which really caught our eye.
目前遊戲區開放給6歲以下的小朋友遊玩。
Currently, the game area is open for children under 6 years old to play.
遊戲間外面也有一些投幣機台
There are also some coin-operated machines outside of the game room.
5F遊戲區很貼心的提供免費充電的設備，讓家長等待小孩遊玩不無聊。
The game area on the 5th floor is very thoughtful in providing free charging devices, so parents can wait for their children to play without getting bored.
