可麗露(Canelé)是法國波爾多的特色甜點,外皮焦脆內裡香嫩
Canelé is a traditional dessert from Bordeaux, France, with a caramelized crust and a soft, custard-like center.

18世紀的波爾多是法國著名的葡萄酒產區,釀酒過程中會產生大量的蛋黃。為了避免浪費,修道院的修女們將這些蛋黃與麵粉、糖、牛奶等食材混合製成小蛋糕,這些小蛋糕就是可麗露的前身。
In the 18th century, Bordeaux, France, was a renowned wine-producing region. The winemaking process produced a large surplus of egg yolks. To avoid waste, the nuns in the monasteries combined these egg yolks with flour, sugar, milk, and other ingredients to create small cakes, which were the predecessors of canelé.

而且當時波爾多麵包師會使用一種叫做“canaule”的銅模,所以可麗露的外觀也是這麼來的。
Back then, Bordeaux bakers used a copper mold called "canaule" to bake canelé, which is why canelé has its distinctive appearance.

思維一露的可麗露不同的是,它外頭酥脆的外皮真的很酥脆,有微焦糖口感的感覺,內餡也不像其他店家都很像蛋糕體,而是依照所選的不同口味有不同的味覺饗宴,所以價格上和感受上真的有很大的不同差異

 建議先品嘗餐點真的要先網站預約(僅限當天預約,並於當日開門時間取貨,入店後也依入店順序由店家協助取貨) 因為當天店家光預約的單就來不及處理了,所以也無法提供現場購買的客人了。

Once you arrive, you will be assisted by our staff in picking up your order based on the order of your arrival). Due to the high volume of pre-orders, we are unable to accommodate walk-in customers on the same day.

網站訂購系統相當穩定,所以可以直接下單,下單成功會取得取餐序號,且此能夠當天到店取貨及支付現金。 當天要拜訪的時候可以先Follow店家的粉絲團,有時候開門的時間會異動,當天我們提早到了,也等了一個小時左右呢
The website ordering system is very stable, so you can place an order directly. Once the order is successful, you will receive a pick-up number. You can pick up your order at the store on the same day and pay in cash. Before visiting the store on the day of your order, you can follow the store's fan page on social media. The store's opening hours may sometimes change. We arrived early on the day of our order and still had to wait for about an hour.

週二的下午預定,想說是平常日應該競爭對手比較少,但還是接到貨源不足的通知,還好還有其他口味可以更換,每天開放訂購的口味不一定,也只能開放當日訂當日取。
I had placed an order for Tuesday afternoon, thinking that there would be fewer competitors on weekdays. However, I still received a notification that the product was out of stock. Fortunately, there were other flavors I could choose from. The flavors available for order each day are not always the same, and orders can only be placed on the day of pickup.
所以要怎麼節省等待時間可以稍微規劃一下! 
So, we should plan a bit to save time waiting!

當天現烤的當然很好吃,如果需要放置就需要放到冷凍裡,退冰20~30分可以直接吃,退冰10~15分的話可以對切吃,冷凍只能保存5天,需要冷凍超過2天建議保鮮盒裝。
Freshly baked bread is the best, of course. If you need to store it, put it in the freezer. Thaw for 20-30 minutes to eat directly, or thaw for 10-15 minutes to slice and eat. Bread can only be frozen for 5 days. If you need to freeze it for more than 2 days, it is recommended to store it in an airtight container.

冷凍香草朗姆(大人版),酒香味超級濃,好酒的人可以試試,真的是大人的甜點啊!相反的冷凍香草朗姆就是原味的可麗露,小朋友的話應該都會偏愛冷凍巧克力口味的,要是想分次慢慢品嘗,選擇迷你版(3入)的也不錯!
To save on wait time, it's a good idea to plan ahead! Frozen Vanilla Rum (Adult Version) has a strong alcohol flavor, so it's a great option for those who enjoy a good drink. It's truly a dessert for adults! The regular Frozen Vanilla Rum is simply the original canelé flavor. Kids will probably prefer the Frozen Chocolate flavor. If you want to savor them slowly, the mini version (3 pieces) is also a good choice!

香草朗姆的材料有(大溪地、馬達加斯加)頂級香草莢和朗姆酒。
Vanilla rum is made with top-quality vanilla beans from Tahiti or Madagascar, and rum.


 
迷你版的大小就真的很小,這次拍照的是橙香茉莉和巧克力口味的迷你可麗露。
The mini version is indeed very small. This time, I took photos of the orange jasmine and chocolate mini caneles.
 
橙香茉莉的材料有香吉士、茉莉花茶、君度橙酒、糖漬橙片、瑞士36%白巧克力。
Orange Jasmine is made with tangerines, jasmine flower tea, Cointreau orange liqueur, candied orange slices, and 36% Swiss white chocolate.
 
巧克力的材料有CACAO BARRY單一產區75%黑巧克力、VALRHONA 牛奶巧克力、美國胡桃、BAILEYS甜酒、日本食用金箔。 The ingredients for the chocolate are: CACAO BARRY single-origin 75% dark chocolate, VALRHONA milk chocolate, American walnuts, BAILEYS Irish cream liqueur, and edible Japanese gold leaf.
安德烈的材料有錫蘭紅茶、伯爵茶、正山小種、NEGRITA 44%黑朗姆酒、安德烈奶醬 Andre's ingredients include Ceylon black tea, Earl Grey tea, Lapsang Souchong tea, NEGRITA 44% dark rum and Andre's milk jam.

 

還有派對盒,非常的美觀。


外酥內軟的可麗露,外殼就像餅乾一樣酥脆,而內餡卻像蛋糕一樣柔軟,雖然買了冷凍版的,只要在室溫放置10分鐘左右也一樣好吃!
Canelé with a crispy exterior and a soft, cake-like interior. Even though I bought the frozen version, it was still delicious after letting it thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes!
 
除了可麗露,我們也有嘗試了貓舌餅就像是蛋酥,也很美味,咬在嘴裡的時候脆脆的,味道的香氣還會留在嘴巴中,會忍不住一個接一個。
In addition to canelé, we also tried cat tongue cookies, which are like shortbread. They are also very delicious. When you bite into them, they are crispy and the aroma of the flavor lingers in your mouth. You can't help but eat one after another.
