2 cups of washed rice and drain backup
2 杯洗乾淨的白米,並瀝乾水分備用




5朵秀珍菇,清洗後用兩米杯泡水(至水變微黃)
5 oyster mushrooms,After washing, use 150cc of water to soak(to yellow water)


Soak in water 10g shrimp
10 g蝦米泡於水中

半顆南瓜,洗淨後切塊

鍋裡放一大匙油,把香菇絲、蝦放入鍋中

用小火炒至香氣出現


Add the pumpkin and stir fry
再放入南瓜拌炒


Until the pumpkin surface yellowish color
直到南瓜表面微黃上色


Then white rice into the pot, stir-fry until aroma arise
再把白米飯放入鍋中,炒至香氣出現


均勻拌炒
Evenly stir fry


Add mushrooms water (about 300cc)
加入香菇水(約300cc 兩米杯)


Add a spoonful of soy sauce
加入一大匙醬油


Sprinkle some pepper and half a spoon of salt
撒上一些胡椒粉和半匙鹽


After simmering until the rice is half cooked,Put in the electric cooker, put 150cc of water in the outer pot
悶煮至米半熟後,放入電鍋,外鍋放一米杯的水


電鍋跳起後再悶煮一下,就完成了

此次煮起來後味道稍嫌單調
感覺下回可以加些肉絲,讓味道更加豐富
