從2019年到2024年,正忠排骨飯的菜單價格普遍上漲,不同品項的漲幅差異較大,有些品項漲幅較高,有些則相對穩定。
且於2024年9月的菜單中,新增了「大比目魚飯」、「虱目魚肚飯」和「燒全翅飯」等新選擇。

這份宮保雞丁飯,椒麻的香氣撲鼻而來,吃起來帶有一點刺激的辣味,但並不會讓人感到過於嗆口,即使是不太能吃辣的我,也能享受到其中的美味。配菜的部分,高麗菜炒木耳的脆口口感和滷豆腐的入味都讓這餐更加豐富。
The Kung Pao chicken rice was absolutely delicious! The aroma of Sichuan peppercorns was so enticing, and there was a nice kick of spice, but it wasn't overly spicy. Even someone who can't handle spicy food like me could enjoy it. The side dishes were great too, especially the crispy stir-fried cabbage with wood ear mushrooms and the flavorful braised tofu.

三杯雞肉飯,一上桌就讓人食指大動!三塊色澤誘人的三杯雞肉彷彿在向我招手。雞肉軟嫩多汁,醬汁濃郁香醇,每一口都讓人回味無窮。配菜部分,三色豆炒肉的豐富口感和炒青菜的清爽,讓這份餐點更加完美。
The Three-Cup Chicken Rice was so inviting! The three pieces of chicken looked absolutely delicious and made my mouth water. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Every bite was a delight. The side dishes, like the colorful stir-fried meat with mixed vegetables and the fresh stir-fried greens, complemented the main dish perfectly.

排骨是正忠排骨飯的招牌,雖然肉質紮實,但對我來說略顯普通。不過,排骨的份量很大,幾乎佔滿了整個便當盒。搭配著清脆的炒青菜和爽口的番茄炒蛋,以及口感豐富的高麗菜炒木耳,讓整份餐點的口感層次更加豐富。
The pork chop, while a signature dish at Zheng Zhong, was a bit ordinary for my taste. It was quite large and filled most of the lunchbox. However, the crispy stir-fried vegetables, the refreshing tomato scrambled eggs, and the flavorful stir-fried cabbage with wood ear mushrooms added a nice variety of textures to the meal.

這份黑胡椒豬排飯,豬排的香氣簡直太誘人了!黑胡椒的辛辣味搭配上肉汁的鮮甜,每一口都讓人欲罷不能。醬汁之多,甚至還溢出了便當盒蓋,可見其用料之實在。配菜的炒筍子、芹菜和紅蘿蔔炒高麗菜,口感爽脆,和豬排的濃郁風味相得益彰,讓整份餐點更加豐富。 
This black pepper pork chop rice is simply irresistible! The aroma of the pork chop is absolutely divine. The spicy black pepper flavor combined with the juicy meat makes every bite a delight. There's so much sauce that it even overflowed the lunchbox lid, which is a testament to its generous portion. The side dishes of stir-fried bamboo shoots, celery, and carrots with cabbage are crispy and refreshing, complementing the rich flavor of the pork chop perfectly and making the whole meal even more satisfying.

兩塊爌肉飯的份量很足,但肥肉部分實在太厚了。配菜是大致上相同的滷海帶豆干、炒青菜和紅蘿蔔炒高麗菜
The two-piece braised pork rice was very generous in portion, but the fatty part of the pork was just too thick. The side dishes were mostly the same: braised seaweed and bean curd, stir-fried green vegetables, and stir-fried carrots and cabbage.

打開便當盒的那一刻,看到這塊巨無霸炸雞排,真的讓人驚喜不已!外酥內嫩的口感,搭配上金黃酥脆的外皮,每一口都充滿了幸福感。雖然知道炸物不太健康,但偶爾放縱一下也是可以的。
The moment I opened the lunchbox and saw that gigantic fried chicken cutlet, I was blown away! The crispy exterior and tender interior, combined with the golden brown crust, made every bite pure bliss. Even though I know fried food isn't the healthiest, it's okay to indulge once in a while.

鮮魚飯的炸魚排外皮酥脆,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,但魚刺確實有點多,吃的時候要特別小心。炸魚排的調味比較清淡,可以搭配一些醬油膏或辣椒醬來增加風味。
The fried fish fillet in this dish has a crispy crust and flaky, tender fish. While it's delicious, be careful of the bones! The fish is lightly seasoned, so you can add soy sauce or chili sauce to taste. A squeeze of lemon would also be a refreshing addition.

The fried chicken leg has a crispy golden-brown skin and juicy, tender meat. The black pepper adds a nice kick to the flavor. Although the chicken is tasty, it could benefit from more seasoning. Adding some vegetables like broccoli or baby corn would balance out the richness.

The braised chicken leg is incredibly flavorful, with tender meat and a rich, dark sauce. The sauce is so delicious that it goes perfectly with a bowl of rice. Adding a side of boiled eggs or braised bean curd would make this dish even more satisfying.

☑現炸魚肚飯Deep-fried Belly Flaps Rice

現炸魚肚的魚肉非常新鮮,口感細緻,但魚刺確實有點多,吃的時候要特別小心。魚肚的油脂豐富,吃起來非常香,搭配白飯一起吃,非常滿足。如果能提供一些薑絲或蔥花,可以去除魚腥味,讓口感更豐富。
The deep-fried belly flaps are made with fresh fish and have a delicate texture. However, be cautious of the bones. The fish is quite oily, but in a good way, and pairs well with rice. Adding some ginger or green onions would help to reduce any fishy smell and enhance the flavor.

整體來說,正忠排骨飯的餐點都有一定的水準,但還是有一些可以改進的地方。例如,可以增加配菜的選擇,讓餐點更豐富;也可以在調味上做一些調整,讓味道更突出。不過,正忠的份量都還蠻大的,CP值算是不錯。
Overall, the dishes at Zheng Zhong Pork Chop Rice are of good quality, but there's always room for improvement. For example, they could offer more side dish options to add variety to their meals. Additionally, they could experiment with different seasonings to enhance the flavors of their dishes. Despite these suggestions, Zheng Zhong offers generous portions and is generally good value for money.
