餐廳介紹Restaurant Introduction:
竹香園的總店就在關仔嶺溫泉觀光區裡面。
店面雖然沒有分店那樣的大間，但我們總過一段時間就會來到這邊一起用餐。
The main branch of Zhuxiang Yuan is located in Guanzailing Hot Spring Tourism Area. Although the restaurant doesn't have a big space like its other branches, we always come here for a meal every once in a while.
有附設方便的停車場可供停車。
2F是方桌，有許多竹子的製品。
There is a convenient parking lot available.
The 2nd floor has many tables made of bamboo products.
Specialty dishes:
甕缸正土雞
甕缸雞蓋飯，香嫩的甕缸雞，底下鋪著一層飯，吸收著雞汁的飯相當入味！
Claypot chicken rice: fragrant and tender chicken cooked in a claypot with a layer of rice at the bottom, absorbing the flavor of the chicken.
甕缸正土雞的話，是會有烤雞和一碗雞油，土雞肉質吃起來很軟很香。
Claypot organic chicken: roasted chicken served with a bowl of chicken oil, the organic chicken meat is soft and fragrant.
涼拌類Cold dishes
涼拌過貓(可選擇千島醬、和風醬) Catfish salad (with a choice of Thousand Island or Japanese dressing),
也有藍莓優格過貓
Blueberry Yogurt Catfish Salad,
涼拌檳榔花！
Betel Nut Flower Salad,
泰式涼拌山豬皮
and Thai-style Spicy Pork Skin Salad.
蒜酥溪蝦Garlic Prawns:
溪蝦，很酥脆很好吃。
The prawns are crispy and delicious.

鐵板山豬肉 Iron Plate Wild Boar Meat,
雖然雞肉一堆了，但其他熱炒店的橙汁雞柳很美味，來這裡也要來品嚐看看，醬汁相當的甜，螞蟻人應該會喜歡的一道菜。
Orange Juice Chicken Fillet (a sweet and tasty dish with a lot of sauce).

紫蘇梅子雞，酸酸甜甜很入味 Plum Chicken with Perilla (a sweet and sour flavor that's very tasty).

我最愛的鐵板豆腐！ My favorite Iron Plate Tofu!
酥炸類Fried dishes:
照燒杏包菇 Teriyaki Shiitake Mushrooms.
山菜類Mountain vegetables:
麻油蛋炒川七 Sauteed Dioscorea opposita with Sesame Oil and Egg.
各式魚類Various fish dishes:
清蒸筍殼魚，魚肉相當軟嫩，不過魚刺很多要小心
Steamed Bamboo Fish, the fish meat is very soft and tender, but there are many fish bones to be careful of.
養生湯品Healthy soups:
香菇雞油脆筍湯 Shitake Chicken Oil and Crispy Bamboo Shoots Soup.
飲品和招待地瓜酥Beverages and complimentary sweet potato crisps.
會提供溫熱的麥茶。也是使用竹筒裝盛！
They will provide warm or hot barley tea. It is also served in a bamboo container!
酥炸地瓜是招待的，相當好吃及入味
The crispy fried sweet potato is complimentary and tastes delicious and flavorful.
分店紀錄Branches
記得來這裡用餐一定要提早訂位，不然就需現場等候了，還好等候的空間還有休憩的桌椅，這裡是嘉義店的竹香園，店面大了許多。
Be sure to make a reservation in advance when dining here, otherwise you may have to wait on-site. Fortunately, there are seating areas available for resting during the wait. This is the Chuxiang Garden in Chiayi, which has a much larger storefront.
