On a chilly December 23rd, 2024, when all I wanted to do was stay indoors and snuggle under a blanket, I stumbled upon a hidden gem in Kaohsiung’s Sanmin District: Wei Xian Vietnamese Snacks. A steaming bowl of their beef noodle soup completely warmed me up and satisfied my cravings.
牛肉河粉湯頭香濃，河粉滑順，牛肉軟嫩，份量十足！吃上這麼一份熱騰騰的河粉真的很享受，湯和河粉另外包，河粉也很大一份，可以選擇要不要自行加辣，店家有提供小包的辣椒配料。
The beef noodle soup was simply divine. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were silky smooth, and the beef was tender and juicy. I loved the fact that the soup and noodles were served separately, allowing me to customize the flavor to my liking. They also provided small packets of chili peppers for those who enjoy a little kick.
