vincristine（Oncovin®）
是一種化學治療藥物，具有高度的細胞毒性，也就是說，它對人體細胞，尤其是快速分裂的癌細胞具有殺傷力。由於它的毒性，在處理時必須特別小心，以避免接觸到藥物或其污染物，將化學藥物隨意丟棄，可能造成環境污染，對生態系統造成危害。

vincristine屬於化學廢棄物，抽藥後之空針、管路等丟棄於專用的藥物廢棄物容器，而非感染性廢棄物，感染性廢棄物指的是可能含有病原體的廢棄物，例如用過的針頭、紗布等。

在操作vincristine的注意事項：

1.需穿戴護目鏡、手套、口罩、防水長隔離衣外，還應注意無菌操作技術。

2.務必多次核對藥物標籤，確保用藥安全。
Multiple checks of drug labels are essential to ensure medication safety.
3.在垂直層流操作櫃內進行操作，可以有效減少空氣中的污染物，保護操作人員。
Operations should be conducted in a vertical laminar flow hood to minimize airborne contaminants and protect personnel.
4.若發生藥物洩漏，應立即採取應急措施，並通報相關人員。
In the event of a spill, immediate emergency measures should be taken, and relevant personnel should be notified.
