葉酸的關鍵補充時期是在懷孕前1個月到懷孕前3個月,這個階段是胎兒神經管發育的重要時期,當然可以的話從天然食物中補充是最好的,例如食物中的葉酸不僅僅是單一的營養素,而是與其他營養素共同存在,形成更完整的營養組合。這些營養素之間相互作用,有助於人體更好地吸收和利用葉酸,同時也可建立均衡飲食的習慣,避免單獨補充時導致過量攝取,另外維生素C可以幫助鐵質的吸收,但對葉酸的吸收影響不大。

關於胎兒運動紀錄

胎動的頻率和強度,通常反映了胎兒在子宮內的健康狀況。如果胎動明顯減少,可能表示胎兒在子宮內遇到了某些問題,例如缺氧、營養不足等。當24 小時胎動少於 4 次代表胎兒的活動力明顯下降,需要引起高度重視。

常見的胎動監測方法包括:

1.每天同一時間測量,兩小時內至少有 10 次胎動,這是一個常見的胎動監測方法,有助於孕婦了解胎兒的活動規律。
Counting for two hours: Counting at least 10 fetal movements within a two-hour period, at the same time each day, is a common method to understand the baby’s activity pattern.
2.胎動比昨天的次數少一半是不正常,胎動的次數會因胎兒的生長發育、母體的活動量等因素而有所變化,但如果胎動明顯減少或停止,應立即就醫。
Comparing to previous days: A significant decrease in fetal movement compared to the previous day is abnormal. While the number of fetal movements can vary due to factors such as fetal growth, maternal activity, and other factors, a significant decrease or cessation of movement should prompt a medical evaluation.
3.觀察時雙手可以放在腹部觸摸感受,這是一種直接感受胎動的方法,有助於孕婦建立與胎兒的情感連結。

密切觀察孕婦血壓和蛋白尿狀況 預防子癇前症

子癇前症是一種懷孕期間可能發生的嚴重疾病,通常發生在懷孕20週以後。它的特徵是高血壓和蛋白尿,也就是說,孕婦的血壓會異常升高,而且尿液中會出現蛋白質。子癇前症不僅會影響孕婦的健康,也會對胎兒造成危害。

危險的原因:

1.有可能會導致孕婦出現全身抽搐、昏迷等症狀,危及母子性命
2.胎盤過早從子宮壁剝離,導致胎兒無法獲得足夠的氧氣和營養,嚴重時可能導致胎死腹中。
3.胎兒生長速度減慢,出生體重過輕。
4.早產

高風險個案:

1.初次懷孕

3.多胞胎妊娠
4.慢性高血壓

重度子癇前症孕婦之飲食指導

重度子癇前症是懷孕期間的嚴重併發症,會導致高血壓、蛋白尿和水腫等問題。為了控制病情,醫師通常會建議孕婦採用高蛋白質低鈉飲食。

高蛋白質High Protein:

補充因蛋白尿流失的蛋白質,有助於維持身體機能。

蛋白質有助於修復受損的組織,促進身體恢復。
Aids in repairing damaged tissues and promoting overall recovery.
優質蛋白質來源: 肉類(雞肉、魚肉)、蛋、豆類(豆腐、豆漿)、乳製品(牛奶、優格)、堅果等。

低鈉Low Sodium:
