The effects of lack of sleep are devastating to our body. Beyond merely producing black eye, long time lack of sleep can permanently change the health of the organ on body. Health contain many physiological systems which normal work as organ and system , fight the viruses and bacteria, and then attempt to rest after their work. There are all causes of lack of sleep, and that makes people sick. Certain organs degrade when the people stay up all night which makes the body sick. The consequence of many diseases affects their organs and systems, thus diminishing the chances of health for future life.

As normal lifestyle make people health, plenty of spirit and healthy skin, eyes, hair, liver, kidney and stomach are all important for health of people. In a process of day, we have many difficult work or problems, if we do not have enough spirit and health to face, and then we cannot good to deal everything. Rest is long term not normal people, the physical strength will be worse than go to bed early person. This illustrates not only stay up late will affects our health, but also affects our lives. If you stay up late for play online game, watch the movie, or do something else, and then you may pay your health and lives.

The second cause is about the lack of sleep will affect our body to fight the viruses and bacteria. People will feel particularly drowsiness when they are sick, because the body suppress other physiological functions when people sleep, and then body use all the energy to the immune function, help the body recover health as soon. From this we can see plenty of sleep can enhance human immunity. Medical experiments also found that, if a person reduced by 4 hours of sleep, the immune cell activity is weakened by 28%; and resumption when get plenty of sleep.
The final cause is about the organ and system normal rest time. In the fact, we need to sleep at latest before 11 o'clock. 23:00 to 3:00 is the detoxification time of liver and bile, if we do not sleep at this time, and then our liver and bile maybe will sick. And only sleep secretion of melatonin is also produced at this time, the role of melatonin is inhibited sympathetic, that help slows down the blood pressure and heart rate, so the heart has time to breathe.

All in all, we can know enough sleep is very important for us. If we are usually do not have enough sleep, and then we are gradually to devastate our body. That is very trouble effect of us, so there are three important causes we must to know. Try to sleep early makes your body normal work as organ and system, have enough energy fight the viruses and bacteria, and then let your organ rest on their rest time.
